Franklin Armory has announced the re-release of their new, updated F17 – .17WSM line of rifles. These have been on hiatus for a time, while they reworked the piston system on the F17 rifles. Ryan Fellows from Franklin Armory discusses the new, low-profile, piston system allows for the use of standard handguards. The older, round and bulky handguards are now being replaced with a lighter and more functional version. Other new features include a threaded barrel, a slightly different barrel profile on the F17-L and a new #10 & #18 round polymer magazine. Check out the video and everything will be explained, included the ability to use suppressors on the F17 rifles. Ryan stated that this should be available in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
