This has not been officially announced by Winchester yet, but prepopulated distributor websites started to show a brand new Winchester XPert 17WSM rimfire rifle for 2024! We are hoping to see this next week in Las Vegas at the 2024 SHOT Show and will give updates with pictures and video! The XPert line of rimfire rifles have been very popular with rimfire shooters and hunters. This new line of 17WSM rifles, directly from Winchester Repeating Arms Company seems to pull out that last nail in the social media coffin that posters had placed the 17WSM rimfire cartridge. Instead, this is just another example of manufacturers embracing the extremely popular 17WSM cartridge.
