Pictures taken before digital cameras!  These were taken from the late 1980s, into the early 1990s.

Nylon 66!  My buddy, Miles Pfeifer, had one of those.  Amazing how they have become such a classic and collectable!

Thanks!  Keep them coming!

Yeah I loved that rifle. My dad bought it for me at a place called Uncle Bill's in Cleveland, Ohio. Had it until a couple years ago. Came across a guy in a gun shop with his son looking for one. He had one when he was a kid as well. His son listened to all his stories and wanted one too. The Nylon 66 grabbed my attention as it was advertised as an all weather trapper's gun and had a cool picture in Outdoor Life magazine with the trapper running his trap lines in the miserable sleety / snowy weather holding that rifle. The boy was about 12 and they could not find one. Struck up a conversation with both of them and we swapped a couple stories. It would have been hard to part with, but after getting to know them guys and seeing his son's eyes light up & knowing he wanted one as bad as I did when I was his age, I could not resist parting with my 66. Didn't take him to the cleaners either. The man turned out to be the Chief of he fire department here. I'm happy that my rifle continues to make stories to this day.
