This was an interesting stand. We hiked in and set up on a clearing, called for about 10 minutes when a fox shows up. Its on the move and I only had a moment to take the shot using my Rem 11/87 with Dead Coyote T Shot shells. It ranged 60 yards according the my Radius LRF.

I took the shot and pretty sure I missed, but we took a walk over there to take a look anyways. We looked around for a few minutes and found nothing.

When we walk in or out of stands we use red lights to see. As we turn on the lights to walk out my partner says STOP! Look over there... He was looking at eyes staring at us from the original spot we called from. Crazy!

Im thinking ok I'll turn the thermal back on and lets try this again. The video shows what happened next.

Nice going, Capitol. I'm glad you found the bugger, too.
