Ok the Browning Micro Hunter is considered a "youth" rifle. Just looking at the specs, LOP=13 5/16"

The CZ 527 specs - LOP = 13 1/2" and is a comfortable length for me.

3/8" difference between the two. Just wondering if anyone who has used the Browning Micro has had issues with the slightly shorter stock? Seems like there would be a bigger diff? Browning full size A-Bolt measures 13 5/8"

Anyone used a Micro?

The LOP on my Remington .222 40 XBBR is only 12 1/2". No problem with the rifle sitting on bags. Frankly, I do not even notice the difference.

It'd be for me. I'll bet he'd get his grimy little paws onit though.

Savage only makes a single shot varmint version in the 22 Hornet, not really what I had in mind.

Remington?...not going there

laugh.gif I will. I know I didn't care for the A Bolts. They just seemed cheaply made to my hands. I'm sure they aren't but they felt like it.

Aw Glen I thought we both liked cheap stuff?

besides, the A-Bolt is glass bedded and free floated. biggrin.gif

Honestly I've not inspected the A-Bolt centerfires up close. I thought the A-Bolt rimfires were very nice.
