I'm new to this forum and would like to add a logo/decal to my profile (like the ones on the side of posts. How do I do it. Thanks

Click on "My Controls" in the tool bar at the top of the page. Click "Edit Avatar Settings" on the left of that screen. Some options are available there.
Don't know what happened to the state and country flag avatars?

Base gallery still contains the flag avatars. Three galleries to choose from. Haven't found an option to upload a personal avatar yet but I might be missing it.
