Sooooo if I'm reading this correctly a retired United States of America Colonel has agreed to defend this POS in the very country that he swore to protect after said POS shoots up Men & Women on American soil!!!! I have no use for this man either. None!!

The POS shouted that 'alla acta' crap as he gunned down our soldiers. I don't even know where to begin, but have tons to talk about. Where in God's name has our country gone?

The thing to watch for is Hasan (through Galligan) insisting on being tried according to Sharia Law. This would be a two-part ploy....one he gets exhonorated of the charges and secondly establishes a precedent for Sharia Law in US courts

It's too bad the death penalty is so rarely used. They should introduce him to a firing squad, or better yet, let him loose in a PD field next Spring!!

The Uniform Code Of Military Justice is a very cut and dried way of doing things that need to be done . If you saw the O.J. trial you witnessed the antithesis of the way the military does things . There were witnesses that saw what he did and no one has pointed to any other possible shooter . NOW he is guilty . The punishment is the only unknown .They don't play games . You obviously were not in the military so you never saw it . Everyone that ever served knows firsthand how it works . If nothing else ..... quickly and effeciently .
