I usually shoot 55gr Hornadys when using my CZ 527 American and have been pleased with their performance both at the range and in the field. I ran into a fellow at the range the other day that was shooting HSM ammo tipped with the Hornady 50gr VMax. While my rifle doesn't seem too crazy about 45gr fodder I've though about picking up some of the HSM in 50gr. Anyone have experience with the stuff? He would have let me burn some of his stash at the range, but I was shooting my SA vZ58 at the time and had left the 527 at home. An opportunity missed for sure. rolleyescamo.gif

I bought some and shot them through my .204 ruger and they shot at 1/2" at a hundred and it was a little windy. I would try them for sure. Pretty good price too.
