I recently bought a stevens 200 in 223 and think it is a good buy for a guy on a budget. I am not a gun snob but I did not know if I would like it or not. The action seemed smooth enough. The stock is kind of cheesy but the trigger is super easy to work on. I will say this it will keep up with my cz at 175 yrds. I shot this group at 175 yrds with the same loads I made for the cz and forgot to adjust the parallax from 100, so the group might have been better. win brass 25gr h-322 cci primers. I might get one in 22-250 for about $310 out the door.

Nice lookin group for out of the box. Stevens and Savage seem to be good about that. I have a couple Savages that I definately can't complain about for accuracy.

I saw your rifle on your other post. I'm a fan of them! What scope is yours wearing?
