I'm not lawyer, and I don't play one on the Internet , but we just won a HUGE VICTORY today, in the Nordyke/CA case. The 9th Circuit Court!!!!!!!!!!! ruled that the Second Amendment was incorporated into the 14th, which makes Heller v. DC not just a law for federal lands, but THE LAW OF THE LAND! It's a huge victory for gun owners everywhere in the US, and it will probably really mess up Chicago and other cities with draconian gun laws. This one is a kick in DingleBarry's danglers, too. They were hoping to keep Heller limited to DC and other federal holdings, this makes it law across the country.

It was a loss for Nordyke out in CA, but a win for all the rest of us, and ultimately, Nordyke will come out ahead. That it came out of San Francisco's 9th Circuit makes it all the more amazing, they are the most liberal court in the country!

Yep! It's a good thing.

Sweett!! We'll take all the wins we can get!! And everybody comes out ahead in this.

Finally, good news.

And the true beauty of this is that it came from the Ninth Circus . This is a group that has ALWAYS given the impression that they paid their way through law school by working for Acorn .
