Is there anything else out there besides the Stinger that will fragment on impact in a .22LR round?

CCI makes Quick Shok ammo. I've never found it to be accurate in any of my rifles, others have. CCI now has a new 40g subsonic round that also frags into three pieces. It shoots pretty well in at least one rifle I own though I've yet to try it out on live critters.

When you ask for Fragmenting .22 LR ammo the first rounds that come to mind are Quick-Shock and Quick subsonic these are made to break up in to three pieces as Red said and in a target the size of a rabbit you will have a exiting group of 1" ( three holes) a target the size of a dog the exit group will be 3". Now I'm guessing you are looking for the "red mist from you target so in this case you can uses any Hyper Vel. round out to a 100 yards and they will Fragment to a point, I like Remington yellow jacket for this another thing that works is to take a BB size 7s or 6s steel shot and put it in the hollow point and this will make the bullet fragment on inpact. I test all my .22 ammo in wet newspaper to see what the bullet will do in live tissue. Hope this helps

The Winchester Power Points expand very well on Woodchuck sz. varmints. I would not say "fragment" as into pc's but they sure expand great and/or bust up a bit if they hit some bone.
Not sure what your shoot'in? But they shoot quite accurately (15 shot groups at 50/4x/bags) from my Marlin 60 SS and cycle ideal.

Well as to fraging only the QuickShok. For terminal perform ace and tissue damage I would try the Velocities. I have a 22 short 10-22 barrel rechambered for stingers and it shoots the Velocitors very well.
I would limit myself to 100 yards on rodents though and fifty on anything bigger.
