I have the papers from H-S Precision Custom Shop where it was made. It’s guaranteed half MOA groups I’m selling it with Leupold Base and rings but no scope. I have a set of RCBS dies a couple hundred rounds of brass some loaded for the first time. I also have about 850 CCI Lg Mag Primers a box of 100 Berger 210 grain VLD bullets and couple of 50 round plastic boxes.
