what is the best time am or pm to start hunting raccoons most of my hunts will be without dogs so any info would be helpfull

PM is the best time and when they are out the most. Get yourself a good light and hunting along water sources are the best spots to try. Any natural food source is also good.

Only time I've hunted coons was with dogs in the dark. Nasty critters.
