This has got to be my favorite time of the year. Taking a buddy out to the farm this weekend to re-con for our antelope and deer bucks. Wherever we find them now it is very likely they will not have moved far from there by the first weekend in Oct. Plus a day of shooting prairie dogs thrown in. We also can scout out pheasants and maybe do a bit of calling.
just livin the dream...........

Mission was a huge success. First morning we found several potential 'lope bucks. Then went directly out to the big pasture and shot dogs the rest of that day. Got up on day two and shot dogs for about half the day. All in all probably shot 300-350 pds...and one unfortunate badger.
