Its that time of year again, the weather is warmer, and its easy to get to the range and not have to worry about frozen fingers! I have my .221 Fireball, and I've been shooting every day after class, so it is getting its share of time in the field. I'm looking for a used stock for a 527 American, it doesnt have to be perfect, it can be scratched or dinged up, just structuraly sound. I love the wood on the stock that came with my rifle, and I'd like to preserve it, by using a different stock. Post or throw me a PM if you'd like to sell a stock, or possibly if you have a stock off of a Kevlar-Varmint model.

Thanks,

Jerry

Richard's Micro-Fit might be an option? Some are very reasonably priced and they offer an inlet for the 527.

Good idea, I'm going to check it out. How much finishing do they require? I'm fine with metal, but fine work with wood is majic to me laugh.gif

Thanks,

Some are pretty rough, some are not. It will need to be bedded I'm sure...not that big a deal. Elbow grease and patience. Of course you don't want to do too good a job on it or you'll be wanting to keep it nice too biggrin.gif
