wild goats considered varmints?

no. There a game species. Their an african animal. Transplanted over here in New Mexico in the middle of the last century. really a prize if you get a nice ram. dont get me wrong i have been lucky enought to shoot a ewe and a ram the last two years and they really both are a prize to me.
