Me and bill took one of our buddies sheep huntin this year. He was able to harvest one openin morning in the hack berry mtns. just west of the broken offs. one shot at 327 yards with a 7mm wssm. it is a 21" ram with 10.5" bases. not to shabby for his first ram. we saw quite a few but no shooters. Just happy to see some, with this kind of conservation the sheep will be gone soon. dry.gif . We write articles about the quality of the public land sheep huntin down here, but it could be so much better if the amount of pressure was reduced. Anyways... heres the pics.

Nice sheep.............thinking about a 7 wsm for myself............I have a 325 wsm.......love it.........but I hear great things about the 7 wsm....besides, a guy can never have to many guns....right?

Tell Tyson good job, its a shame they dont put barbary sheep on the draw system, seems like, espicially now with deer going to draw, that sheep hunting is everybodies alternative.

Thats cool. When I was down there last fall, I was amazed that there were free ranging Barbarys there. Sounds like a blast hunting them.
